Study Centre and Hints & Tips

I intend putting together a series of pdf info sheets and links to others better qualified than I to pass on information. The study centre will be an area for those wanting to increase their knowledge of the night sky.

The Hints and Tips will be a similar format but will focus on how to get photographs of the night sky.

Please bear with me as I develop the site.

About Me

I have had a lifelong interest in astronomy, mainly fueled by the great Sir Patrick Moore, but life intruded somewhat until my 50's.

I developed an interest in astrophotography, joined the BAA and my local astronomical society (SARAS) and I'm now trying to develop my skills in an effort to make observations of sufficient quality to be scientifically useful.
